These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 55wwr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Member", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service provided through the 55wwr website at https://55wwr.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 55wwr. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms associated with individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

Use of the 55wwr Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are only permitted to register and maintain an active account if all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account suspended or terminated by 55wwr for any breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your true location or circumvent any geographic or technical restriction applied by the Platform.

To access the full range of services offered by 55wwr, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The following rules apply to your 55wwr account at all times:

• Each member is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 55wwr Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or unintentional — are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not share your account credentials (username, password, or OTP) with any other person. 55wwr will never ask for your password in any communication, including live chat, email, or phone.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account details, including your registered mobile number and payment method details, remain current and accurate at all times. Incorrect account information may delay withdrawal processing.
• 55wwr reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal. Documents requested may include a valid national ID, passport, or birth certificate.
• If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 55wwr support via live chat immediately. 55wwr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to notify the Platform promptly.

55wwr processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits are credited to your gaming balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per request. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 55wwr compliance team.
• Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or for withdrawals above a threshold amount, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• 55wwr reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of ownership of the payment method, and source-of-funds documentation.

55wwr does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit made from a payment account not registered in the member's own name will be returned, and the associated account may be subject to a compliance review. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the member's own name.

55wwr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms associated with each individual offer:

• The welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to ৳20,000 is available to new members only. This bonus is credited automatically to the bonus wallet upon a qualifying first deposit. A wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate wallets. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus wagers may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• 55wwr reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting a technical error.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where specifically stated in individual offer terms. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be used in combination with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• 55wwr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a member's account, provided those bonuses have not yet been voided for cause.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55wwr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party (multi-accounting).
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access account information, or interact with any part of the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, exploit a game vulnerability, or defraud the Platform or other members.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law, including using deposits and withdrawals to move funds through the Platform without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or glitch in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will be reclaimed by 55wwr.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration process or at any subsequent point when information is requested by the Platform for KYC, compliance, or support purposes.

55wwr is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending. All responsible gaming tools are available directly from account settings and can be activated without contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform Content in any form without the prior written consent of 55wwr. Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55wwr, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 55wwr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

55wwr makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 55wwr's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

55wwr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or account security obligations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 55wwr following a withdrawal request or compliance review.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal conduct by the member or parties associated with the member's account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the member or their payment provider in relation to a 55wwr deposit.

Where an account is terminated for cause, 55wwr reserves the right to forfeit all balances including real-money deposits. Where an account is closed at the member's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any positive real-money balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method within 5 business days following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

55wwr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 55wwr uses your data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in. 55wwr does not sell personal data to third parties. 55wwr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the 55wwr Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 55wwr encourages members to raise any complaint directly with the support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through our internal resolution process.
